SML is led by Mirjana Blume, a seasoned finance professional with extensive scale-up, public markets, corporate finance and business operations experience in UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Over the last 25 years she has been involved in a wide variety , companies and complex corporate transactions in market segments that include energy, financial services, technology and pharma/healthcare. She holds a Bachelor of the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich, an MBA of the University of St. Gallen and has successfully completed various postgraduate programs in the field of Turnaround Management and Artificial Intelligence.

With her entrepreneurial experience and financial background, she has also been supporting various companies on the board of directors. Currently she is serving as Member of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of listed Sensirion, Switzerland; Member of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of listed Orell Fuessli, Switzerland; Senior Independent Director of listed W.A.G payment solutions in the UK, Member of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of Geistlich Pharma, Switzerland and Chair of the Board of EWE, Switzerland.
